Cancellation Policy
You can book your luxury e-Bike as early as 2 hours in advance, with a minimum rental time of 2 hours. Plans changed? No problem — you can cancel for free up to 12 hours before your ride. Need to reschedule? Just contact us by phone or email at least 4 hours before your start time, and we’ll be happy to help.
